How These Terms Work

Nobody reads the terms until something goes wrong. We'd rather you read ours first – so here's the version that makes sense.

These Terms and Conditions govern every interaction you have on our platform, from registration through to your last withdrawal. They apply across all LEON domains, including leon.casino and leon199.bet. The English version prevails wherever translations exist, and updates take effect from the moment they're published. Continuing to play after a revision counts as acceptance, so check back occasionally if you want to stay current. If a new version doesn't sit right with you, the honest option is to stop using our services and close your account – we won't hold that against you.

Creating and Managing Your Account

One account per player. That rule doesn't bend.

LEON is open to players who are legally permitted to gamble in their jurisdiction. A complete list of accepted countries appears in the registration form. Players from Excluded Territories – including the UK, USA, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, FATF-blacklisted countries and others – cannot register or play.

When you open an account, you'll need to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed. Accepted KYC documents include:

• National ID card
• Passport
• Driving licence

Verification details live in your Account Settings. If your account goes dormant – no login, deposit, wager or withdrawal for 12 consecutive months – it won't be touched and no fees apply. Reactivation requires a full KYC review before withdrawals resume.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Limits

The minimum deposit is A$1 (or 1 unit of your account currency). Accepted methods include credit and debit cards, e-wallets, crypto and vouchers. Currency exchange applies at the European Central Bank's prevailing rate.

Withdrawal access is tiered based on your cumulative deposit history:

But here's the part that catches people off guard: a 5% commission on your total deposits may be withheld if gaming activity is deemed insufficient. In sports betting, activity is considered insufficient when bets are placed at odds below 1.6. So if you deposit, collect a bonus, and immediately request a withdrawal without genuine play, that clause becomes relevant.

Withdrawals are subject to security checks and KYC verification. No specific processing timeline is guaranteed. Requests are processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

Bonuses and Wagering Rules

Our casino runs two bonus tracks – sports bonuses and casino bonuses – and the wagering mechanics differ between them.

Sports bonuses use Free Bets. A Free Bet cannot be split; net winnings equal your total return minus the Free Bet stake, and those winnings sit in your Bonus balance until wagering requirements are cleared. For sports wagering, qualifying odds are 1.6 or higher. Bonus status moves through Active → Wagered → Cancelled depending on your progress.

Casino bonuses wager differently depending on where you play. With 12,000+ titles across categories, the contribution rates vary:

• Slots and Jackpots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino: 10%
• Video Poker: 5%
• Selected games: 0% (full list in Casino Rules)

The maximum bet while wagering from a Bonus balance is A$7. If your Bonus balance drops to A$0.20 or below, the active bonus expires and the balance is forfeited. Always check each campaign for the specific multiplier, period, and maximum withdrawal cap before activating.

Responsible Gambling Tools

These tools exist because gambling should stay in its lane.

LEON's platform includes deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), wagering limits across the same intervals, and two levels of self-exclusion. Setting your deposit limit to zero for six months activates a temporary self-exclusion that cannot be reversed before the period ends. Setting that limit to zero indefinitely creates a permanent bar from the platform.

All limits are managed from your account profile. Changes that reduce limits apply immediately. Licensing, Disputes and Governing Law

LEON Casino Australia is operated by Bluewave Interactive N.V., registered at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curaçao (registration number 164592), regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (CGCB). Financial transactions may also be processed by Chessmate Limited, a Cyprus-registered entity (ΗΕ 461012). Governing law is the law of Curaçao.

If you have a complaint, contact support first – we aim to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days. Game outcome disputes must be filed within 14 days; account-related complaints within 30 days. If we can't reach a resolution, you may escalate to the Curaçao Gambling Authority or, once validated, to our appointed ADR provider, eCOGRA (ecogra.org).
